Editorial Standards
Cinvibe only states facts it can source to something it has read, labels every rumor and opinion as such, and corrects mistakes as soon as they are reported.
Sources
Every date, figure and casting detail on Cinvibe comes from a source we have read in full. We use the studios' own announcements for their own films, the trade press (such as Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline and TheWrap), box office trackers (Box Office Mojo and The Numbers) and TMDB for credits and runtimes. A headline we could not read in full is never cited. Each page lists its sources beside the facts they support.
Box Office Figures
Any worldwide gross over 1.5 billion dollars must be confirmed by two trackers that agree. When two trackers round to different figures, we name the one we quote.
Release Dates and Rumors
Release dates carry a status: confirmed when a studio has set the date, reported when it comes from the trade press without studio confirmation, and to be confirmed when no date exists. A film is only described as announced when a studio has announced it; before that it is in development. Rumors sit in their own table with their source, the date they were reported and whether they have since been confirmed or denied. A rumor is never stated as fact.
Opinions
Rankings, reviews and hot takes are opinion, and they are labeled as opinion and signed. Everything else on a page is written as a reference, with no verdicts.
How We Use AI
Cinvibe pages are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools, working to these standards. A separate fact check compares each draft against its sources, automated checks look for errors such as unsourced figures and mismatched counts, and every page is reviewed before it is published.
Images
Film images come from TMDB and studio press material, credited on the page. We do not use fan art or images whose source we cannot identify.
