A Quiet Place Timeline Explained: Every Film in Story Order

Regan broadcasts the signal, disables a creature and finishes it with a metal rod, while at the foundry Evelyn returns and Marcus weakens the creature that found them with a portable radio before shooting it. In my opinion, the cleanest way to read the A Quiet Place timeline is as one invasion seen from two vantage points: the city on the first day in Day One, and the countryside afterward in the two Abbott family films. The films connect through the creatures and through Henri, who appears in both Day One and A Quiet Place Part II.

Does Quiet Place 2 take place before Quiet Place 1? No. Part II begins with a flashback to day one of the invasion, which is why some viewers think it starts earlier, but the main story continues straight from the end of A Quiet Place (2018).
