Ten of the eleven Spider-Man films stream on a subscription service in each of the US, UK and Australia, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) is the one that can only be rented or bought, according to listings checked on November 2, 2026. The services are different in every market, so the same film can sit on Disney Plus in New York, Netflix in London and Stan in Sydney.
Streaming rights move around constantly. Ad supported tiers of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video carry some of the same titles in the UK, and 7plus lists Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home free with ads in Australia. One naming point saves confusion: Amazon Video and Apple TV Store are rent or buy stores, separate from the subscription services Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. If you want the films in story sequence rather than by service, start with Spider-Man movies in order.
Availability was checked on November 2, 2026 through JustWatch data on TMDB, and the full list of releases sits on the Spider-Man movies hub.
Is Spider-Man on Netflix?
Yes, Netflix streams Spider-Man films in the US, UK and Australia, but with a different lineup in each. In the US only Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman, streams on Netflix, with a Standard with Ads tier also listed. In the UK Netflix holds five films: the Sam Raimi trilogy starring Tobey Maguire, The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. In Australia it lists Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home, the first two Tom Holland films directed by Jon Watts. Netflix lists no other Spider-Man film in these markets.
Is Spider-Man on Disney Plus?
Yes, Disney Plus streams nine of the eleven Spider-Man films in the US, six in the UK and five in Australia. In the US it is the biggest single home for the series, with everything except Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. That includes the Sony Pictures titles from the Raimi, Webb and Watts eras, which is why the service is the simplest answer for American viewers. In the UK Disney Plus carries six films: The Amazing Spider-Man, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home. In Australia it carries five: The Amazing Spider-Man, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Where Can I Watch All of Spider-Man?
No single subscription service streams all eleven films in any of the three markets. In the US the closest route is Disney Plus for nine films, Netflix for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and a rental for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. In the UK a mix of Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video covers ten films. In Australia Foxtel Now lists all ten films released before Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which makes it the nearest thing to a one stop answer. In each market the newest film still needs a rental or purchase.
Where Can I Watch Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3?
The Raimi trilogy streams on Disney Plus in the US, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video in the UK, and BINGE and Foxtel Now in Australia. Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007) were all directed by Sam Raimi, and they sit on the same services within each country. US viewers also have fuboTV, YouTube TV and FXNow, while UK viewers can add Sky Go and Now TV Cinema. Rental and purchase are open on Apple TV Store and Amazon Video in every market.
Where Can I Watch Spider-Man in Australia?
In Australia, Spider-Man films stream on Foxtel Now (ten films), BINGE (seven), Stan (five), Disney Plus (five) and Netflix (two). Stan carries Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Spider-Man: Far From Home, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. BINGE carries seven, including the Raimi trilogy. Netflix has only Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home, while 7plus lists those same two free with ads. Marc Webb's Andrew Garfield films are on Disney Plus and Foxtel Now, with BINGE adding The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Where to Watch Spider-Man by Actor
Tom Holland's three films stream on Disney Plus in the US and UK and on Stan in Australia, Tobey Maguire's trilogy streams on Disney Plus in the US, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video in the UK and BINGE and Foxtel Now in Australia, and Andrew Garfield's two films stream on Disney Plus in all three markets. Holland stars in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), all directed by Jon Watts. Maguire's films are Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007), and Garfield's are The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), both directed by Marc Webb. Garfield's films also stream on Netflix in the UK and on Foxtel Now in Australia. Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) brings all three Peter Parkers together, and it streams on Disney Plus in the US and UK and on BINGE, Foxtel Now and Stan in Australia.
Where to Watch the New Spider-Man Film
The newest film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026), directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, opened in US theaters on July 31, 2026 and no subscription service lists it yet. In the US it can be rented or bought on Amazon Video, Apple TV Store, Google Play Movies, YouTube and Fandango At Home. In the UK the options are Apple TV Store, Rakuten TV, Amazon Video and Sky Store. In Australia it is on Apple TV Store and Amazon Video.
The next release, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, is still in production and has a US release date of June 18, 2027, so there is nothing to stream or rent for it. You can follow its status and cast on the Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse page.
What Each Era Looks Like Before You Press Play
The films differ enough in length and craft that the service you pick can shape the night. The shortest is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse at 117 minutes, and the longest is Spider-Man: No Way Home at 148. Within the Raimi trilogy the runtime grows with each film: Spider-Man runs 121 minutes, Spider-Man 2 runs 127 and Spider-Man 3 runs 139. In my opinion the first film is the easiest entry point for a mixed group because it moves from Peter Parker's school trip bite to his choice to protect others without needing any earlier knowledge.
Production context also separates the eras. Sony pulled the teaser trailer and poster for Spider-Man (2002) after 9/11 and said the scene in question was never meant to be in the film, according to Salon's 2011 look back. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 carries a post-credits clip from X-Men: Days of Future Past, tied to the Fox deal, as Slashfilm reported. Spider-Man: Homecoming used Atlanta and Pinewood Atlanta Studios as a stand-in for New York, including a ferry set built on gimbals, according to Screen Global Production. Spider-Man: Far From Home shot in Prague and Liberec in September 2018, per the Czech Film Commission, which suits a story built around a school trip to Europe. Spider-Man: Brand New Day used Glasgow as New York, according to Time Out, and it has a single post-credits scene with no mid-credits scene, per TheWrap.
The two animated films are a different kind of viewing. Cartoon Brew reports that Into the Spider-Verse was animated mostly on twos, with 3D line work used for the stereo version, and both it and Across the Spider-Verse were made at Sony Pictures Imageworks in Vancouver. Across the Spider-Verse adds a Metro Boomin led soundtrack album, which Variety covered. Compared with the live action films, these two reward a larger screen, and that is my opinion rather than a measured fact. Because Into the Spider-Verse is on Netflix in the US while Across the Spider-Verse is on Disney Plus, American viewers need two subscriptions to see the pair back to back.
Should You Rent or Buy a Spider-Man Film?
Renting or buying makes sense only when a film is missing from the services you already pay for. Apple TV Store and Amazon Video list rentals and purchases of every film in all three markets, which makes them the safest fallback. US viewers can also use Fandango At Home and Google Play Movies, and UK viewers can use Sky Store and Rakuten TV. Check your own subscriptions first, because a film that looks missing in one country is often sitting on a service you already have.
If you are not sure where to begin, the Spider-Man characters and Spider-Man actors pages explain who appears in which era, and the Spider-Man movies in order guide sets out the sequence before you press play.
