The quickest way to watch the Rocky movies is Amazon Prime Video, which lists all six Rocky films in the US, the UK and Australia as of November 3, 2026 (the listings come from JustWatch data carried by TMDB).
| Country | Rocky films (1976 to 2006) on subscription | Creed films (2015 to 2023) on subscription |
|---|
| US | Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+ (Premium and Essential), Philo, AMC+ through Amazon Channels, Paramount+ through Amazon or Roku channels | Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Paramount+ (Premium and Essential), Paramount+ through Amazon or Roku channels |
| UK | Amazon Prime Video for all six, plus ITVX for Rocky III, Rocky IV, Rocky V and Rocky Balboa | Amazon Prime Video for all three |
| Australia | Amazon Prime Video and Stan for all six | Stan for all three, plus Amazon Prime Video for Creed (2015) and Creed II |

Where Can I Watch Rocky 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Rocky (1976), directed by John G. Avildsen, Rocky II (1979), Rocky III (1982) and Rocky IV (1985) all stream on Prime Video and Paramount+ in the US, on Prime Video in the UK and on Prime Video and Stan in Australia. In the UK, Rocky III and Rocky IV also sit on ITVX, which lists them on an ad supported tier. Rocky IV was Sylvester Stallone's third time directing the saga, after Rocky II and Rocky III. If you are working through the rocky movies in order, those four are the stretch that is easiest to cover on a single subscription.
Where to Watch Rocky in the US
In the US, Rocky is the easiest to find because Paramount+ and Prime Video both carry all six films, and most live TV bundles add a second route. Rocky (1976) and Rocky II also list YouTube TV, and Philo lists all six. On the rent and buy side, Amazon Video, Apple TV, Google Play Movies, YouTube and Fandango At Home each rent or sell every Rocky film, and Plex lists rentals as well. Rocky IV, Rocky V and Rocky Balboa add Spectrum On Demand as a rental option. For rocky 5 and rocky balboa 2006, the same two subscription services apply as for the rest of the saga.
Creed has a slightly different map. Hulu joins Paramount+ and Prime Video for creed 2015, creed 2 and creed 3, while Philo and AMC+ drop out of the picture. Michael B. Jordan's Creed III (2023) is on the same US services as the first two.
Where to Watch Rocky in the UK
In the UK, Amazon Prime Video is the one subscription service that covers all nine films, and ITVX adds four Rocky films on top. Rocky III, Rocky IV, Rocky V and Rocky Balboa are on ITVX Premium, and ITVX also lists them on its free, ad supported tier. Rocky (1976) and Rocky II are on Prime Video only, with rentals and purchases through Apple TV, Rakuten TV, Amazon Video, Sky Store and YouTube. The Creed films follow the same pattern: Prime Video for streaming, and Apple TV, Rakuten TV, Amazon Video, Sky Store and YouTube for rent or buy (YouTube rentals are not listed for Creed (2015) or Creed II).
Where to Watch Rocky in Australia
Australia has two subscription routes, Amazon Prime Video and Stan, and Stan is the only one that lists all nine films. All six Rocky films are on both services. Creed (2015) and Creed II are on both as well, but Creed III (2023) is on Stan only. Rentals and purchases go through Apple TV, Amazon Video and YouTube, and Fetch TV adds rentals and purchases for Rocky II, Rocky III, Rocky IV, Creed (2015) and Creed II.
Where to Watch Rocky for Free or on TV
ITVX in the UK is the one service marked as an ad supported tier for any Rocky film, and it covers four of the six Rocky films. Prime Video with Ads appears as a subscription tier in all three countries, and the JustWatch data on TMDB does not say whether that tier costs extra. For live television, US viewers can look at YouTube TV and Philo, which are listed for specific films: YouTube TV for Rocky (1976) and Rocky II, and Philo for all six Rocky films.
Which Film Should You Stream First? (My Take)
In my opinion, start with Rocky (1976) wherever you are, because it is the film that explains why every later title exists. Avildsen shot it on a budget of about $1 million, according to The Numbers, and it went on to gross roughly $225 million worldwide. That is a small, grubby Philadelphia drama about a club fighter, and it plays very differently from the sequels. Since it sits on Prime Video in all three countries, it is an easy first press of play.
If you only have time for one more Rocky film, it could be argued that Rocky III is the better follow up. It is where Survivor's Eye of the Tiger enters the saga, and it pits Rocky against Mr. T's Clubber Lang after Mickey admits he quietly picked soft opponents. Rocky IV is the loud cousin: Dolph Lundgren's Ivan Drago, a Soviet training camp full of monitors, and the exhibition bout with Apollo. Stallone has said Lundgren's punch put him in the hospital for four days during that shoot, according to Good Morning America. That is the practical stunt side of the saga at its most extreme, and a good reason to watch the film on the biggest screen you have.
Rocky V is the black sheep, and I would rank it last of the six. Avildsen returned to direct, and he told CBS Philadelphia that the studio changed the ending about two weeks into filming. Rocky Balboa (2006) is the better farewell, with a fight shoot that began on December 4 in Las Vegas after Stallone broke his foot, and an HD tape broadcast look that ESPN described at the time. Both are on ITVX in the UK and on Paramount+ in the US, so they are cheap to add.
For Creed, the best viewing order is simply release order. Creed (2015), directed by Ryan Coogler, filmed in Aston, Pennsylvania in March 2015, and Tony Bellew has said the fight crowd was shot at Goodison Park. Creed II then began filming on March 15, 2018 at the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps, as the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The catch for Australian viewers is Creed III, which is Stan only, so if you plan a full Creed run there, Stan covers all three. UK viewers can do the whole run on Prime Video alone.
How Often Do These Listings Change?
Streaming rights for catalog films shift regularly, so a listing is only as good as the date it was checked. Every listing here was checked on November 3, 2026, against JustWatch data on TMDB. Before you subscribe for a single film, open that film's TMDB watch page and confirm it for your country. If you want to keep going after the movies, the rocky timeline and the rocky characters pages pick up the story, and the rocky movies hub links to every film.
